The dream “snow at last” becomes reality in the winter sport areas of Javalambre and Valdelinares, at some 70 km from Jérica. The ski-runs are not the gigantic ones but thanks to the canon technique the slopes are sure of snow.
<p>Modern technology won&rsquo;t be necessary on many days during the winter if you prefer to practice cross country skiing or trekking through snow covered woods. And of course a winterly walk through the small mountain villages with icicles trailing down the roofs and the smell of freshly burnt chimney wood.</p>
